Customer Service / Sales Support Team Leader Location: East Leeds - office based role

About the Role We're looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Support Team Leader to support daily operations - processing orders, managing customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and keeping our systems accurate. You'll be the link between customers, couriers and internal teams, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and communication runs smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing Responding to customer queries by phone and email, resolving service requests professionally and promptlyProcessing and correcting customer, project and partner orders, maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with couriers on deliveries, re-deliveries and damage reportingManaging customer service cases and project queries through to resolutionChasing deliveries and keeping customers updatedRaising RMAs, processing credits, and submitting courier claimsMaintaining accurate CRM and ERP recordsCreating quotations and processing pro-forma paymentsSupporting the team of two and holiday meetings, conducting training/coaching What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skillsSome line management experience Experience of working in Manufacturing or FMCG Good organisational and time management abilityAttention to detail and data accuracyCompetence with CRM and order processing systems Please click apply or email
