Full-Time Call Centre Agent - Immediate Start
Contract Type: Temp until mid December, potential to be extended Location: Norwich - fully office based
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our client's team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phoneAnswer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionallyMake outbound calls Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic mannerSupporting the admin team with general office tasksEnsuring a smooth and professional customer experience Requirements:
