Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical legal support to lawyers across the Commercial Disputes practiceMonitoring legal and procedural developments and assessing their impact on clients and the businessLeading or contributing to thought leadership initiatives, including articles, briefings, webinars, podcasts and client publicationsSupporting business development and marketing activity through legal insight and market analysisDeveloping and delivering legal training programmesWorking closely with knowledge management, learning and development, and business services teamsSupporting the adoption of AI, legal technology and innovation initiativesMentoring junior colleagues and promoting knowledge sharing across the teamBuilding relationships with key stakeholders across the firm and wider legal market
Profile
England & Wales qualified lawyerApproximately 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolutionStrong technical understanding of commercial disputes, arbitration and ADRExperience in a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL role preferred, though comparable experience will be consideredExcellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience developing and delivering legal trainingInterest in legal technology, innovation and knowledge managementCommercially minded, organised and collaborative approach Job Offer
