You will play a key part in the delivery of audit and assurance services for a wide-ranging portfolio of clients across different industries.Lead audit fieldwork and perform substantive and analytical testingPlan and complete audit assignments, ensuring files are fully documented for reviewPrepare statutory financial statements under UK GAAP / IFRSIdentify risk areas and flag matters of concern to Managers and PartnersBuild client relationships and provide a high-quality serviceSupport, coach and mentor junior team member About You
ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualifiedExperience working in audit within a UK accountancy practiceKnowledge of UK GAAP and IFRSA collaborative team player with good communication skillsEnjoys building client relationships and supporting junior colleagues Location
This role is based in Newcastle and is easily commutable from Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, and Cramlington by public transport.
