Description
As a Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer your duties will include;
Managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionAdvising on GMC and GDC investigationsRepresenting clients at inquests and pre-inquest review hearingsAdvising on police investigations and Trust disciplinary mattersSupporting senior lawyers and supervising junior team members where appropriateAchieving financial and chargeable hour targetsProducing monthly and ad hoc client management information reportsBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Profile
A successful Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer should be a qualified solicitor between 2-5 PQE ideally with experience in healthcare regulatory law.
Job Offer
