Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: University education in data, applications, or architecture, or equivalent work experienceSeveral years of experience in Finance or BankingAt least 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably banking or creditStrong technical understanding and ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersExperience driving change and influencing the development of data and IT solutionsAbility to work strategically and operationally, from planning through practical implementationHands-on experience with SQL and the ability to extract and analyse dataExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience contributing to or shaping data strategy and translating business needs into actionable data initiativesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsResults-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality solutions, best practices, and achieving objectivesPassion for technology and emerging trends in data and ITAbility to create clarity and structure while remaining flexible in a dynamic environment Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand their needs, and develop scalable, future-proof solutionsServe as a trusted point of contact for business stakeholdersContribute to the management and development of our data governance provisions, supporting integration and continuous improvementEnsure data products and application services from partners and vendors comply with our governance policies and best practices, and identify opportunities for improvementProvide data-driven insights to support business decisions and reportingSupport team members and business users with applications, business processes, and underlying data structuresFacilitate access to high-quality data for internal teams, external regulators, and partnersWork with project managers and business and technical owners to support new and ongoing projects, helping deliver them on time and within budget while maximizing value and impactWork closely with our Data Governance team to provide high-quality serviceHelp advance our Business Partner capability and improve our Application Management and Data Governance disciplines in collaboration with the wider Business Partner communityRepresent the IT department and align technical capabilities with organizational goals Technologies: SupportSQL More:
