Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year
Requirements: We require active UKSV DV clearance.We require sole British nationality.We require proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.We require a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery.We require experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.We require the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.We require previous experience in Defence, National Security, or another highly secure environment. Responsibilities: We expect you to own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery priorities.We expect you to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with programme objectives.We expect you to engage with users and stakeholders to understand, validate, and prioritise requirements.We expect you to work closely with Agile delivery teams to maximise value and accelerate outcomes.We expect you to manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.We expect you to drive user-centred product development and continuous improvement.We expect you to monitor product performance, adoption, and benefits realisation.We expect you to support products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery through to live service.
