Requirements: We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay organised, and prioritise work effectively.Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support with high standards of customer service.Knowledge of core Microsoft solutions and business systems, including Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Active Directory/Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop, and 8x8 telephony.Experience using an ITSM tool to manage requests and maintain SLAs.Experience documenting and sharing knowledge within a team.Experience setting up new hardware such as mobile devices and laptops using MDT and Intune.Ability to work with other IT teams, departments, and third parties to resolve issues and provide support. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues and customers.Work with the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager to deliver focused IT solutions.Handle IT issues professionally and keep users updated on progress.Use our ITSM tool, Halo, to manage requests and maintain SLAs.Support core Microsoft solutions and business systems.Document and share knowledge within the department.Set up new hardware such as mobile devices and laptops.Work with other IT teams, departments, and third parties to resolve issues and provide support. This is a full-time, permanent IT Service Delivery Analyst role based at our central Maidstone head office, working 37 hours per week on an early/late shift pattern covering 8am-5pm and office based 5 days per week.
