Salary: £34,000 - 69,000 per year
Requirements: Solid technical experience integrating or administering business software solutions such as ITSM, CRM or ERP systems.Ability to work within key business projects.Experience producing technical and customer-facing documentation.Strong time management skills with a can-do, proactive attitude.Team player with the ability to work within project teams both internally and within the customer environment.Quick learner, able to maintain a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.High level of interpersonal and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.Desirable: ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation Certification.Desirable: experience or certification with the Halo platform, including HaloITSM, HaloPSA or HaloCRM. Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to understand their needs, build relationships and manage expectations.Propose solutions and deliver best practice for client business problems.Lead the technical delivery and configuration of customer HaloITSM, HaloCRM and HaloPSA implementations.Prepare and run functional design workshops.Create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.Challenge customer requirements where necessary.Participate in training on HaloITSM, HaloPSA and HaloCRM technology as needed.
