Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: Degree level education or equivalent professional experienceExperience using and contributing to design systems, including governance and standardsProven experience designing digital products across both web and native app environmentsStrong understanding of web development practicesExperience using digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation techniquesAbility to prioritise and refine design backlogs in fast-moving environmentsExperience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteriaStrong understanding of Agile delivery practices and sprint ceremoniesExperience using Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead workshops and facilitate discussions across business and technical teamsStrong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities: Be central to the design and evolution of digital experiences across native app and web platformsShape and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability and adoption across productsCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows and design artefacts that communicate ideas effectivelyPartner closely with Product Managers, Developers and Content Designers to deliver customer-centric solutionsDrive rapid ideation, testing and iteration to continuously improve user experiencesEstablish and maintain high design quality from discovery through to delivery and implementationUse customer insight, analytics and research to inform design decisions and product directionFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and align on solutionsContribute to the growth of the design community through mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharingChampion design best practices, accessibility and usability standards across the organisation Technologies: ConfluenceJIRAWebSupportUX UI Design More:
