Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in a software development environment, covering the full SDLCExposure to cloud environments, modern software applications, or SaaS product deliveryExperience interacting with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadershipExperience coordinating cross-functional teams with competing priorities and dependenciesExperience using Agile delivery approaches such as Scrum or KanbanAbility to maintain accurate project plans, roadmaps, risks, actions and delivery reportsStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working with project management, issue tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience in a regulated or clinical-safety environment (e.g. NHS, DCB0129/0160, healthtech)Experience with governance/QMS reporting (risk registers, audits, compliance documentation) Responsibilities: Track delivery across the entire SDLC, from initial ideation and business case through to technical build, post-release monitoring, and commercial handoverMaintain a dynamic, accurate view of current delivery progress and upcoming engineering plans for leadership and wider business visibilityPartner with engineering and product teams to help them meet commitments, clear blockers, and streamline cross-functional communicationProvide hands-on administrative support for Scrum/Kanban frameworks, ensuring ticket hygiene, sprint ceremonies, and backlog prioritisation run smoothlyOversee release management schedules and support operational incident response workflows to ensure smooth rollouts and quick resolutionsSupport internal governance by ensuring processes align with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant regulatory frameworks, escalating when they do notOwn and maintain the engineering Risk Register, delivery metrics, capacity/utilisation tracking, and time-recording reportingManage engineering-related financial reporting, Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor invoice reconciliation Technologies: BackboneCloudConfluenceSupportJIRAKanbanFlow More:

This role is delivery-focused and will own the operational cadence and administrative backbone of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will act as the operational connective tissue across our Product, Technology, and Engineering teams, keeping delivery visible and unblocked through governance, reporting, and release management while freeing engineering leadership to focus on technical direction.
