We are an established international manufacturer offering a broad, high-autonomy IT Manager role near Hertford with a salary of up to £55,000 basic and £60,000 OTE. We support 65 users across 5 countries, with our IT estate spanning AWS, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ERP, and internal web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct access to our CEO and senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape IT direction and see the impact across the business from the warehouse floor to the boardroom.
