Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or Technical Architect within enterprise environmentsDeep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystemStrong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform designKnowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilitiesStrong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and securityExperience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsServiceNow architecture or technical certifications would be highly desirableUK citizenship is required for this engagementImmediate or short-term availability is strongly preferred Responsibilities: Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environmentsDesign scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practicesProvide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancementsWork closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutionsDefine integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methodsEnsure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standardsReview solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycleIdentify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation Technologies: ArchitectITSMRESTSOAPSecurityServiceNow More:
We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement supporting an end-client project. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, and it is a replacement requirement where candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred. This is a UK remote position.
