We are working with one of the UKs leading independent installers of large-scale solar PV systems for the commercial and public sectors. We are hiring multiple engineering graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Training Programme at our Reading HQ. This is a structured route toward becoming a Chartered Engineer and, ultimately, a future leader within our business. The role offers broad early-career experience across design, site work, client-facing activity, and project support in a hybrid Reading-based position, with a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.
