Salary: £35,000 - 36,000 per year
Requirements: We are seeking experienced IT Technicians with MSP or busy service desk expertise.We require strong problem-solving skills and a passion for client satisfaction.We are looking for candidates with experience in 365 administration, 365 troubleshooting, Windows Server, and 2nd line support.We require candidates to be UK residents based in the local area and within commuting distance of Cambridge, UK. Responsibilities: We provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client incidents.We administer Microsoft 365 and handle related troubleshooting.We pick up and work tickets as part of the support team.We support IT infrastructure and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for our clients.
