Salary: £25,000 - 29,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in application or technical support.Working knowledge of web/PC environments.Experience with Jira or similar.Experience with Bitbucket or similar.Strong SQL skills, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and system procedures.Experience with PowerShell or another scripting language.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Clear communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line application support.Triage and investigate technical issues.Troubleshoot application and data problems.Use SQL to investigate and fix data issues.Track incidents through an issue management system.Escalate complex or urgent issues where required.Work closely with Engineering and Service Delivery.Support web and PC-based applications.Work within an Agile development environment.
