Requirements: Excellent IT skills, including Excel, mobile working and data collection applications.Experience using relevant database systems for detailed analysis and interpretation of core property, strategic asset management, sustainability, compliance and energy data.Experience maintaining accurate records and updating databases.Ability to understand, interpret, organise and present complex data.Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.Flexibility to respond to regularly changing priorities.Ability to produce routine reports and updates in a timely manner.Full, current and valid driving licence.Desirable: knowledge of MRI asset management and GIS systems.Desirable: interest in sustainability, retrofit or decarbonisation programmes.Desirable: experience assisting in the development of existing and future systems, databases and procedures. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy and associated policies and plans.Maintain and control our systems and databases on a day-to-day basis.Develop comprehensive records and reports on stock and compliance.Identify and investigate trends in the maintenance of our assets.Deliver the day-to-day maintenance, analysis and reporting of asset and property data.Help us make informed decisions about our housing portfolio.Ensure asset information is accurate, complete and up to date.Support day-to-day operational activity, compliance reporting and investment planning. This is a permanent Asset Data Analyst role based flexibly across Durham/Ashington, including working from home for up to 2 days per week.
