Requirements: Proven experience in high-standard image retouching and compositing, ideally within a commercial or e-commerce settingStrong practical experience with generative AI workflows and image-to-image renderingFamiliarity with tools like Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, and similar models is highly desirableExpert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy focus on Photoshop, Lightroom, and BridgeA solid understanding of photography principles such as lighting, shadows, and perspective to ensure composites and retouches look natural and seamlessMeticulous attention to detail regarding digital file management and metadataThe ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively across multiple strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and a drive to develop your own skill set while supporting the wider business Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end image retouching for a fast-paced e-commerce environmentPerform routine touch-ups, colour correction, batch processing, and standard compositing while adhering to brand guidelinesDrive our generative AI workflows to create seamless, realistic product imageryIsolate products from backgrounds using AI cutouts, place them onto custom clean plates, and utilise heavy image-to-image processingOccasionally transform CAD models into photorealistic lifestyle images using generative AITake ownership of server organisation and ensure image files and project folders are logically structured, clearly named, and supported by accurate metadata taggingPartner with our photographer, designers, and other departments to ensure visual assets meet project briefsCommunicate efficiently to manage incoming requests, hit tight deadlines, and assist the photographer when requiredKeep up with industry trends, competitor imagery, and new softwareWork closely with our photographer to understand lighting, composition, and what makes a great shotCollaborate with management to devise training and help upskill the team in the Adobe Suite and emerging tech Technologies: AIChatGPTSupport More:
