Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with 3+ years experience in an IT Project, Solutions, Infrastructure or similar technology-focused role.Experience working with larger or complex client environments is ideal.Experience within an MSP or client-facing IT environment would be advantageous.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and how different technologies work together.Hands-on knowledge across hardware, software, systems and networking.Experience with servers, storage, network devices and Wi-Fi.Experience monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.Microsoft 365 and Azure experience is preferred.Good knowledge of Windows environments and Active Directory.Understanding of networking, firewalls and cloud technologies.Experience coordinating technical teams, suppliers or third parties.Strong project management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Confidence dealing directly with clients and understanding their requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.We are particularly interested in candidates from a technical IT, infrastructure, solutions or MSP background who have developed experience coordinating and delivering projects. Responsibilities: Manage IT projects from initial requirements and planning through to successful implementation.Work directly with clients to understand their business and technology requirements.Help scope and develop appropriate IT solutions.Coordinate internal technical teams, suppliers and third-party vendors.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery objectives.Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Keep clients informed and ensure expectations are effectively managed.Coordinate hardware, software, infrastructure, networking and cloud technology implementations.Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations and wider technology improvements.Provide technical input and troubleshooting support where required.Work alongside technical specialists to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.Identify opportunities to improve client environments and recommend suitable solutions.Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
