Salary: £62,500 - 62,500 per year
Requirements: Active SC Clearance.Experience supporting Android devices through Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device lifecycle management.Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes is desirable.Professional references required. Responsibilities: Manage, configure and deploy Android tablets using Microsoft Intune.Provide first-line support for device, application and connectivity issues.Support device lifecycle activities including provisioning, refreshes, replacements and decommissioning.Prepare, test and issue devices to end users.Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.Support onboarding, floor-walking and rollout activities.Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements. We are offering a £250/day role via Umbrella on a 3 month contract in Leiston, working onsite as part of an SCC Flex Contract. This hands-on opportunity is focused on supporting a large-scale Android tablet deployment and device management programme, with an emphasis on Microsoft Intune and end-user device support.
