Salary: £36,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record in hands-on IT support, infrastructure, and project managementStrong technical background in networking, including switch/router configuration and cablingExperience with server management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and domain management toolsExperience leading teams and delivering digital transformation initiativesKnowledge or qualifications in ITIL and a structured approach to IT service managementFull UK driving licenceAccess to personal transportAbility to work on-site when needed Responsibilities: Lead the smooth running of all IT services across our siteDevelop and support our existing on-site IT teamRemain hands-on with technical IT support and problem-solving when requiredOversee bespoke factory-floor applications, including tracing and labelling functionsManage and secure our IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environmentDrive continuous improvement across site initiatives, systems, processes, and technologyBalance day-to-day operational IT needs with longer-term strategic planningDevelop and test disaster recovery plans to support business continuityMaintain clear records of IT challenges and resolutionsCollaborate with diverse stakeholders to align IT and business prioritiesLead multiple high-impact projects and support digital transformation across our sites Technologies: Active DirectorySupportITILMicrosoft 365Office 365 More:
