Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Operational experience within the care home sector.Experience implementing or managing digital care systems.A strong understanding of digital transformation and change management.Knowledge of AI technologies and their application within health or social care.Experience working with senior stakeholders across operational and clinical teams.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience working across multi-site operations is advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead the digital care systems strategy across multiple sites.Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within our care services.Oversee the implementation and optimisation of electronic care planning and clinical systems.Work closely with operational, clinical and technology teams to improve care delivery.Lead digital transformation and change management initiatives.Ensure our digital systems support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.Build and develop our Digital Care & AI function as the organisation grows.
