S HOP MANAGER AT BY MALENE BIRGER KONGENS NYTORV By Malene Birger is currently looking for a S hop Manager for our Concession located at Magasin Kongens Nytorv The Position By Malene Birger is looking for a new S hop Manager on full time basis for our store at Kongens Nytorv , who can deliver an exceptional high level of customer service, excellent product knowledge, and a real passion for our brand, along with the ability to fit into a universe of committed colleagues. You deliver high quality in all aspects of your work. This implies that you are authentic towards the customers, proud of being an ambassador and constantly strives to increase the knowledge of our brand. You are a professional by attitude, helping your em ployees to understand and work in correspondence with the BMB Universe and utilizing the BMB values in any customer, colleague or manager relation. Key responsibilities Overall responsible for increasing the turnover in your store and ensure, maintain and develop Retail excellence through efficient Retail Management. • Always ensure retail excellence in everything you do • Proactive in increasing the Hitrate, ITP and Basket size • Create positive sales figures, in accordance with the store ́s sales budget • Ensure a progressive sales development in the store • Ensure a low employee turnover • Maintain a positive team spirit and a first class customer service in the BMB stores • Be a BMB role model for the staff Skillset and attributes Personal & Professional • Sales talent • A natural interest & knowledge of fashion • Extensive experience from similar roles within fashion & retail • Able to offer the best possible customers service • Result driven • Responsible and ambitious • Thrives in a busy environment • Must speak fluently English as a minimum • Knowledge of IT • Observe the team and sales floor – con structive coaching abilities to constantly improve results We offer Based at By Malene Birgers s hop at Magasin Kongens Nytorv you will work in a collaborative and ambitious environment alongside passionate colleagues .
