As Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering customer projects from contract signature to final acceptance. You are Weibel’s main customer interface and ensure alignment on scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and contractual commitments. In this role, you will have delivery responsibility for high-quality radar systems to our international customers. You will play a key role in securing successful delivery by creating structure, driving decisions across functions, and ensuring strong customer alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your Responsibility You are accountable for the execution of complex, international customer projects, ensuring that scope, quality, budget, schedule, risks, and contractual obligations are managed throughout the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: Own end-to-end delivery of international customer projects from contract award to final acceptance, ensuring that scope, quality, commercial terms, and delivery commitments are met Act as the main customer interface and secure alignment on requirements, milestones, change requests, and acceptance activities such as PDR, CDR, FAT, and SAT Ensure controlled contract execution, including requirements clarification, governance, risk management, change control, and handling of deviations or non-conformities Establish and control integrated plans, budgets, schedules, interfaces, dependencies, and long-lead items to ensure predictable delivery Lead cross-functional execution and drive timely decisions by setting clear expectations and holding stakeholders accountable Secure project readiness for verification, delivery, acceptance, and commissioning, including specifications, configuration baselines, documentation, and customer reporting Your Profile We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented project leader who thrives in complex, contract-driven environments and can turn technical and commercial complexity into clear plans, decisions, and results. You bring: Solid project management experience from complex industrial, offshore, defence, or similarly regulated environments Proven ability to deliver customer projects end-to-end, including planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment Experience working with contractual frameworks, requirements clarification, change control, and deviations or non-conformities Experience leading technical reviews and acceptance activities, such as design reviews, FAT/SAT, verification, and validation A customer-focused and commercially aware mindset, with the confidence to communicate complex topics clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders Your New Team You will join a Project Management team of more than 15 colleagues working across standard deliveries and large-scale development projects. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strong execution are key to how the team succeeds. You will work in a newly established matrix organization and program structure, where several projects are managed within each program.
