As our new Senior Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of that shift, shaping and prioritizing the platform that supports colleagues across the organization. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Business Applications team. Based at our Hobro office, you will own the backlog for our Enterprise Content Management platform, working closely with our supplier and stakeholders across the organization. Turning half-formed ideas into backlog items ready for development As Senior Product Owner, you own the backlog for our ECM platform — deciding, together with our supplier and stakeholders from the business, what gets built, in what order, and to what standard. You'll turn half-formed ideas into clear, testable backlog items that hold up once development starts. Own the backlog as the single source of truth — capture, structure and maintain epics, stories and bugs Refine feature requests into testable items with acceptance criteria Set priorities together with our supplier, balancing business needs and technical feasibility Own business requests end-to-end — from idea through requirements and testing to documentation and release Ensure new work respects security and data governance requirements Autonomy, ownership and a small team that has your back You'll join a small, close-knit team in Business Applications, reporting to Christian Duncker, Manager, Business Applications. We work with a high degree of autonomy — you'll own how you get things done, backed by colleagues who are quick to help. Ownership over the ECM backlog, and a growing voice in shaping the wider platform roadmap Flexibility in how and when you work A small team where you're never far from a colleague or an answer Direct visibility into how your decisions shape the business The experience and mindset we're looking for You bring solid experience as a Product Owner and a knack for turning ambiguous requests into work others can act on. You're a proactive problem solver, comfortable setting priorities and making a call when trade-offs are needed. Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally managing a backlog with an external supplier Clear communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders across departments and seniority levels Structured approach to refining requirements into testable backlog items Collaborative and motivating in a team setting Understanding of data governance and security considerations is a plus Renewable energy is our future.
