Warehouse Team Lead Location: Gedved, Horsens - Hours: Full-time, weekdays · occasional late shifts and weekends - Reports to: Warehouse Manager Do you want to help lead one of the world's best warehouse teams? Trendhim is a global e-commerce company specialising in fashion-driven accessories and lifestyle products for men, operating across more than 30 markets and shipping a couple of thousand orders every day. Behind that is a warehouse team that runs on structure, ownership and a good atmosphere. We're looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to take responsibility for daily pick/pack, sorting, personalisation and returns — alongside the other Team Lead, who is responsible for inbound, replenishment and optimisation projects across all areas — with the support of our Warehouse Coordinator. What You’ll Be Doing : Planning tasks, priorities and targets — following up so we actually hit them. Leading and motivating a young team through a fast day, and pushing them to keep raising the bar. Onboarding, training and developing your team. Communicating responsibilities, performance expectations and values. Running end-of-day closing routines, including carrier pick-ups. Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, organised, and modelling the standard you expect. Solving problems, including technical ones with our WMS and equipment. Spotting bottlenecks and turning them into better, optimised processes, together with your fellow Team Lead. Taking active part in daily warehouse tasks, working on the floor with your team. Ad-hoc tasks as they come, because warehouses are like that. The Ideal Profile : Great people and motivational skills. A good understanding of operations and processes. You work closely with your manager and the wider team. Energy that thrives in a fast-paced environment where you need to multitask. Bilingual proficiency. You speak and understand Danish and English.
