We are looking for an Operational Network Planner for CBP Rødkærsbro cluster. The position is based at our HQ Viby J, but expect visits to our sites in Rødkærsbro and Branderup. “As part of the team, you will help plan the supply of mozzarella and pizza topping products for customers around the world, working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial and Production. How you will make an impact As an Operational Network Planner, you will play a key role within the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon, ensuring that we deliver excellent service levels to customers while balancing production capacity, inventory levels and waste reduction across markets and warehouses. You will join a highly collaborative planning team consisting of four Site Schedulers, two Operational Network Planners and one Component Planner, supporting two production sites. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Commercial and Production, you will help drive operational decisions that create value across the end-to-end supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include Optimizing supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions. Monitoring relevant KPIs and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets. Conducting scenario planning to mitigate availability risks, reduce waste, and assess the impact of demand fluctuations on finished goods. Escalating unresolved short-term imbalances to global or local S&OE executive forums and key stakeholders. Leading proactive dialogue between Supply Chain and Commercial teams to solve complex issues. Identifying and contributing to optimization initiatives from an end-to-end perspective. What will make you successful You are an ambitious and structured professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple functions. You thrive on collaboration and have a natural ability to engage with stakeholders from across the business. You are motivated by change and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of ways of working and collaboration. We imagine you Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field. Have 2-5 years of experience within supply chain planning, logistics or manufacturing, preferably working within S&OE or short-term planning horizons. Are comfortable analysing data and using insights to support operational decisions. Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across different functions and organisational levels.
