Jobbet Som Purchaser bliver du ansvarlig for en række operationelle indkøbsopgaver, med fokus på emballagematerialer til Orklas produktion af chips, snacks og nødder. Du får base på lokationen i Søndersø og bliver en del af et internationalt Procurement-team, som arbejder på tværs af Danmark, Norge, Sverige og Baltikum. Dit primære indkøbsområde bliver emballage, blandt andet den folie, der anvendes til chips og nødder. Du arbejder tæt sammen med leverandører og indkøbskolleger og har desuden kontakt til blandt andet marketing og produktudvikling. Dine primære opgaver bliver: • Opdatere prislister samt pris- og materialedata i SAP og Orklas interne systemer • Følge op med leverandører om priser, leveringstider, kvalitet og øvrige aftaler • Bidrage til cost-out-projekter og sikre fremdrift i aftalte aktiviteter • Implementere indgåede kontrakter og omsætte aftalerne til den daglige drift • Samarbejde med leverandører, indkøbskolleger og interne interessenter • Prioritere og følge operationelle indkøbsopgaver til dørs Der kan indgå mindre forhandlinger, f.eks. om leveringstider og kvalitet. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du tør tage en faglig diskussion og kan finde løsninger i samarbejde med både eksterne leverandører og interne interessenter. Din profil Din uddannelsesbaggrund er ikke afgørende. Praktisk erfaring fra operationelt indkøb, procurement, supply chain eller en beslægtet koordinerende rolle vægter højere. Erfaring fra en international virksomhed og gerne FMCG er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Vi forestiller os, at du: • Har erfaring med operationelle indkøbsopgaver og leverandøropfølgning • Har god forretningsforståelse og kan omsætte behov til konkrete handlinger • Er rutineret i Excel og gerne har erfaring med SAP eller et andet ERP-system • Kan begå dig på engelsk, som er arbejdssproget i teamet • Arbejder selvstændigt, tager initiativ og bruger dine interne kontaktpersoner, når der opstår udfordringer • Kan prioritere mellem opgaver og bevare overblikket Du kan være relativt ny i indkøbsfaget eller have flere års erfaring. Det vigtigste er, at du motiveres af den operationelle del af indkøb, lærer hurtigt og er klar til at tage ansvar. Stillingen er ikke en strategisk rolle, men en erfaren kandidat er også relevant, hvis du trives med de daglige operationelle opgaver. If so, you now have the opportunity to join Procurement at Orkla Snacks in a temporary position lasting at least six months. The position As Purchaser, you will be responsible for a range of operational purchasing tasks focusing on packaging materials for Orkla’s production of chips, snacks and nuts. You will be based at the Søndersø site and become part of an international Procurement team working across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the Baltic region. Your primary purchasing area will be packaging, including the flexible film used for chips and nuts. You will work closely with suppliers and purchasing colleagues and will also be in contact with functions such as Marketing and Product Development. Your main responsibilities will include: • Updating price lists and maintaining price and material data in SAP and Orkla’s internal systems • Following up with suppliers regarding prices, lead times, quality and other agreements • Contributing to cost-out projects and ensuring progress on agreed activities • Implementing signed contracts and translating the agreements into daily operations • Cooperating with suppliers, purchasing colleagues and internal stakeholders • Prioritizing and seeing operational purchasing tasks through to completion The role may involve minor negotiations, for example regarding lead times and quality. It is therefore important that you are comfortable engaging in professional discussions and can find solutions in cooperation with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your profile Your educational background is not the deciding factor. Practical experience from operational purchasing, procurement, supply chain or a related coordinating role is considered more important. Experience from an international company, preferably within FMCG, is an advantage but not a requirement. We expect that you: • Have experience with operational purchasing tasks and supplier follow-up • Have a good understanding of business requirements and can translate needs into concrete actions • Have strong Excel skills and preferably experience with SAP or another ERP system • Have a good command of English, which is the working language of the team • Work independently, take initiative and make use of your internal contacts when challenges arise • Can prioritize between tasks and maintain an overview, even when it is not possible to complete everything at once You may be relatively new to purchasing or have several years of experience. What matters most is that you are motivated by the operational side of purchasing, learn quickly and are ready to take responsibility. This is not a strategic senior role, but experienced candidates are also relevant if they enjoy day-to-day operational tasks. Orkla Snacks offers You will become part of a social and supportive international team consisting of three other purchasers. The team meets virtually every week and supports one another across national borders. At the Søndersø site, you will also have an experienced purchasing colleague who will help you become familiar with the packaging area, SAP and the internal systems. You will have the opportunity to build or expand your procurement experience in an international company and gain insight into the purchasing of packaging materials for a fast-paced production environment.
