Job Description The Artwork Planning Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects from design through print production for a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role requires project management expertise, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement across global teams. Responsibilities & Qualifications Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end packaging artwork projects from design to print production. Coordinate internal teams including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations. Act as primary point of contact with external agencies, printers, and suppliers across multiple time zones. Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and ownership. Track project progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior stakeholders. Manage feedback cycles and minimize rework. Lead pre‑production meetings and manage escalations to closure. Support cost estimates, rate cards, and budget updates. Mentor junior Artwork Planning Leads and coordinators. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or related field. 4+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within CPG/FMCG environments. Proven experience managing end‑to‑end artwork, print production, and digital assets. Strong multi‑project management skills in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.). Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred. Experience working with global, cross‑functional stakeholders. Fluent English (written and verbal).
