About the Role Support the Finance team in data validation and administrative activities related to the implementation of a new financial consolidation system. The role will assist with reviewing system-generated reports, performing basic data checks, maintaining project trackers, and coordinating testing activities. How you’ll make an impact Assist the Finance team in reviewing and validating data migrated into the new consolidation system. Perform basic comparison checks between reports from existing and new systems using predefined templates and instructions. Highlight data differences and exceptions for review by finance team members. Compile, organize, and maintain validation results and supporting documents. Support testing activities by preparing files, templates, and test data as required. Record testing outcomes, user feedback, and identified issues in project trackers. Maintain issue logs, action item registers, and project documentation. Coordinate with team members to collect information and follow up on outstanding items. Assist with meeting scheduling, note-taking, and other project-related administrative tasks. Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team during key project milestones. What you’ll bring Undergraduate currently pursuing a Degree, or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines or a recent fresh graduate in related disciplines. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data. Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. No prior finance or system implementation experience required. Preferred Attributes Careful and meticulous when working with data. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work independently on routine tasks.
