Your Mission Drive service contract growth across ANZ. Ensure all contracts and pricing agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Ensuring contractual service obligations are met. Analyse service contract pricing performance, margins, and market trends, recommending adjustments to optimise profitability. Drive the service contract review process to ensure contracts remain current, compliant and commercially sound. Support bids, tenders and proposals by ensuring service contract terms are competitive and compliant. Work with Customer Solutions Leads to monitor field-based service KPIs. Provide customer-facing support to the sales team on contract value propositions and benefits. Your Talents Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health studies or similar. Experience selling to multiple stakeholders in the medical device sector, including service contracts. Extensive experience managing large field-based service teams; minimum five years preferred. Experience in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
