What are your contributions to the team? • Assist in generating and analyzing work in progress reports. • Administer and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports including Salesforce. • Assist with recording meeting notes. • Assist with proposal preparation. • Participate in daily meetings. • Work as part of the team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes How to thrive in this role? • You are working towards a degree in a business or aviation field. • You can work independently, as well as part of a team • You have basic proficiency with MS Office Suite • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills • You have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, e-mail, and web-based applications • You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, management, and contractors Boarding Information: Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 8 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
