Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities Assist with development, testing, and maintenance of SAP Variant Configuration models (LO-VC, and/or AVC) under guidance from senior developers. Support configuration changes driven by engineering updates, product enhancements, and manufacturing requirements. Learn and apply configuration logic, dependency rules, constraints, and object relationships. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, Information Technology (IT), and business analysts to understand product structures and configuration needs. Follow development standards, best practices, and version control processes. Continuously build skills in SAP, programming, and business processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related field Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Occasional travel (0-5%) Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming concepts, such as: Structured programming, Object-oriented programming, Logic, algorithms, or data structures. Familiarity with one or more programming or scripting languages gained through coursework (e.g, JAVA, C/C++, Python, SQL, ABAP, or similar. Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. This position is a hybrid role, on-site at least two days per week. A reasonable driving commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
