At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 PURPOSE Prepare WI/QIP/QCP documentation, solve quality problems, follow up customer complaints and conduct QA professional training with the objective of improving product quality, process and customer satisfaction within company quality requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Policies and Procedures (10%): Implement and monitor quality systems and procedures; review WI/QIP/QCP documents to ensure assembly processes are controlled. • People Management & Development (20%): Provide performance feedback, mentor quality engineers, organize QA training. • Quality System (15%): Ensure procedures align with quality system requirements and pass ISO9001 external audits. • ROHS Control (5%): Follow ROHS procedures and ensure supplier environmental compliance. • Customer Quality Service (5%): Communicate with customers and ensure 8D responses are on time. • First Article Management (5%): Prepare QIP and manage first article assembly process flow. • Customer Complaints (35%): Handle complaints and prepare 8D reports in TECHS. • Reporting & Training (5%): Conduct QC/QE training and prepare assembly reports. 职位要求 Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
