Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, facility management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving OEE, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM). Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing maintenance budgets and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve TPM programs. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvements. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards. Lead maintenance and facilities teams, including training and performance management. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources. Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support operational goals. Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
