What can you expect as a Quality Supervisor Responsible for Quality Management System documents updating according with legal, normative, customer, and corporate requirements. Responsible for audit management, corrective actions implementation follow-up and reporting results. Develop and promote in the organization risk based-thinking and processes approach by using statistical tools as applicable. Manage site quality initiatives and resources including metrics for incoming receiving & inspection. Planning and control Quality activities in Services Center. Monitor supplier quality performance and Quality KPI´s reporting. Reviews and approve PPAP/PSW for developed applications with such tools as APQP, Control Plans, FMEA, GR&R as applicable. Manage, coach and develop quality team to meet objectives to deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
