Could you be the full-time Project Configuration and Change Management (PCCM) Leader in Coimbatore we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in configuration and change management to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, driven, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of delivered products and services to internal and external customers, keeping configurations under control and managing changes throughout the lifecycle of key projects, programs, or products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including procurement, industrial, tender/project management, and quality), lead Configuration and Change Management (CCM) activities, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of defining the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and leading Change Control Boards, but also monitoring CCM performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. We’ll look to you for: Leading CCM activities and deliverables for projects, programs, or products Defining and issuing Configuration Baseline Release Notes Ensuring consistency and integrity of baselines across projects Performing Configuration Audits and issuing Configuration Status Accounting Reports Coordinating and managing Change Requests end-to-end Monitoring CCM performance and implementing corrective actions Identifying and mitigating CCM-related risks Providing feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of CCM processes and tools All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
