LDAR Technician / Engineer Schedule of work: 28/28 Duration project: September 2026- December 2026 Tengiz field Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering 2. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing) 4. Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies 5. Good Experience, reading P&IDs and other plant plot diagrams. Duties: 1. Perform environmental compliance inspections at an oil refinery using air monitoring equipment, and data collectors. 2. Supervise and perform Methane Emission management inspection, monitoring, and testing. 3. Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections using a flame ionization detector (FID); 4. Manage Project Methane Measurement database in line to OMGP2 requirements. 5. Maintain identification of LDAR components and piping and instrument diagrams. 6. Maintain record keeping on monitoring. Generate maintenance work orders 7. Prepare and submit periodic reports. Perform optical gas imaging inspections 8. Participate in weekly compliance and safety meetings
