Key Responsibilities Lead all monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the CUSA entities. Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies, U.S. GAAP, statutory requirements and internal controls. Manage and develop the Accounting and Cost Accounting teams. Oversee all cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis and inventory controls. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors. Support tax compliance activities and collaborate with internal tax specialists and external advisors. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, account reconciliations and intercompany transactions. Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives and SAP-related financial controls. Partner closely with Finance leadership to support business decision making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA). Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience. Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams responsible for General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliations, Month End and Year End Close, Intercompany Accounting and Audit Coordination. Experience within multinational manufacturing organizations strongly preferred. Proven experience managing accounting functions supporting businesses with annual revenues exceeding ~200/250 million USD. Solid leadership experience managing teams of approximately 5 to 7 FTEs. Extensive experience in cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis. Strong background in monthly and Yearend closing processes. Experience coordinating both internal and external audits. Experience with complex intercompany accounting and multinational reporting structures. Advanced SAP experience is required.
