Sr. Commissions Specialist Remote | 9-Month Contract-to-Hire Pay: $30.00-$32.00/hour Start Date: ASAP About the Opportunity Warner Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Commissions Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for processing high-volume broker commissions, researching commission discrepancies, maintaining broker licensing information, and serving as a key SAP ICM resource for the department.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong Excel and analytical skills who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Candidates with insurance industry experience and commission processing expertise are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
• Download and analyze commission statements from carrier portals. • Calculate revenue and prepare broker commission payments. • Process commission runs three times per month. • Research and resolve broker commission inquiries. • Review, audit, and process manual commission adjustments. • Maintain commission periods and broker records within SAP ICM. • Research broker licensing statuses through State Department of Insurance websites. • Update licensing information and release commission holds when appropriate. • Manage Broker Book of Business (BOB) transfers in accordance with licensing guidelines. • Serve as the department's primary SAP ICM resource and subject matter expert. • Submit SAP support tickets and coordinate user access requests. • Participate in ongoing system training and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Basic accounting or financial reconciliation knowledge. • Experience handling high-volume transactional workloads. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience processing commissions in the insurance industry. • Medical, healthcare, or health insurance industry experience. • SAP ICM experience strongly preferred. • Experience with business systems, process improvement, and data management. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
