Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Silueta to our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the team in coordinating external audits and maintaining audit-related documentation.
• Assist in collecting and organizing compliance information from different business units and plants.
• Support the review of compliance requirements and standards across plants, subcontractors and service providers.
• Assist in collecting and compiling safety and overtime data for monthly reporting.
• Support the preparation and updating of monthly compliance reports and maintain accurate records in the central repository.
• Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with customer requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to follow up on audit findings, compliance gaps and required actions.
• Perform other compliance-related administrative and research tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Final year undergraduate in Business Management, Health and Safety or Human Resources Management.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
