As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and developing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. • Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing support and guidance for professional development. • Implement customer service best practices and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Stay updated with industry trends and customer service innovations, implementing new strategies as required. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining customer confidentiality. • Represent the team and provide updates to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a back-office environment. • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling customer inquiries and issues. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and a willingness to learn new skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
