Job description: Scrum Master
Facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes blockers, supports team performance, ensures Agile maturity.
Daily standups, sprint planning, retros, metrics, coaching teams, driving continuous improvement. Acts as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
"Scrum, SAFe, ADO/Jira, metrics (CFD, velocity), facilitation, conflict management. Tech Expertise - Java 17, J2EE (JPA, JDBC, JNDI, JSP, Servlets, JMS), XML, LDAP, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, Tag libraries, JSTL,Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, REST Service, JSON, jQuery, Angular, Junit and Python (Preferable), Framework: Hibernate, Spring, Kafka and Drools, DB : MongoDB, Oracle Tools : BitBucket, Github and Bamboo" Run ceremonies, basic impediment tracking.
