Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Process Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Direct enterprise-wide process analysis, championing innovative analytical methodologies to identify optimization opportunities, automate workflows, and drive transformative business outcomes ⦁ Guide strategic evaluations and benchmarking studies of IT solutions, establishing automation-driven criteria to enhance efficiency and align with client objectives ⦁ Oversee the creation and standardization of comprehensive process documentation, ensuring clear communication and accessibility for stakeholders and teams ⦁ Drive research and evaluation of process automation tools and systems, providing strategic insights for adopting technologies that align with business goals and foster innovation ⦁ Lead the development of process-centric solution architectures, integrating advanced technologies to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and enable continuous improvement ⦁ Oversee the strategic direction and progress of technical solution implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and embedding best practices for sustained system performance and adaptability

Required Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience with SAP testing and SAP transformation programs. ⦁ Experience with SAP project lifecycle management. ⦁ Experience with SAP module knowledge. ⦁ Experience with SAP test management, automation, and test data management tools. ⦁ Experience with Testing estimation techniques and testing strategy creation. ⦁ Experience with AI adoption in testing. ⦁ Experience with Client-facing leadership. ⦁ Experience with Onsite-offshore delivery management. ⦁ Experience with Multi-team and multi-account governance. ⦁ Experience with owning delivery across multiple SAP testing accounts. ⦁ Experience with managing end-to-end delivery across distributed teams. ⦁ Experience with support sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations. ⦁ Experience with building regional case studies, credentials, and differentiators. ⦁ Experience with tracking SAP testing open positions and support fulfillment planning. ⦁ Experience with driving quality engineering transformation and governance initiatives.
Preferred Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. ⦁ Experience with Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) initiatives. ⦁ Experience with SAP automation strategy and framework adoption. ⦁ Experience with AI-assisted testing and quality engineering initiatives. ⦁ Experience with Enterprise testing transformation programs. ⦁ Experience with Quality Engineering modernization programs. ⦁ Experience with Multi-country SAP rollout programs. ⦁ Experience with SAP delivery governance and operating model transformation. ⦁ Experience with Practice development and capability building initiatives. ⦁ Experience with Sales support, solutioning, proposal development, and client workshops.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
