Job Description: We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help BAE Systems' manufacturing teams communicate their IT needs. You'll design and build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint within Microsoft 365. Your main task will be to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs, following a standard framework.
Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements • Create and configure Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems • Manage and create SharePoint sites (i.e. Lists, Site Pages) • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet their needs • Create and maintain relationships with manufacturing and test engineers, obtaining knowledge regarding manufacturing and test systems • Collaborate with our IT organization to ensure project deliverables are met on time and accurately • Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Required Skills and Education: • High School Diploma/GED • Highly proficient in collaboration and communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Experience in Power Platform/Power Automate and SharePoint 365
Preferred Skills and Education: • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent • Proven experience as a business/systems analyst • Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment
