Work Schedule Per Diem, varied schedule. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. • Bachelor's Degree In nursing. Required • Successful completion of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Education Program and Certificate of Completion from the State of Illinois. Required • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
• 2 years of nursing experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of IL. Required • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required • Certification of completion of SANE training from the State of Illinois. Required
