Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Assembler fabricates, assembles, and packages high-quality stainless steel utility carts and related products, ensuring each unit meets established quality and production standards.Responsibilities
• Fabricate stainless steel utility carts and related products according to specifications and production requirements. • Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to assemble components accurately. • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging. • Package assembled products securely to prevent damage during storage and shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines. • Follow standard procedures and guidelines consistent with Standard Assembler Level 2 requirements. • Collaborate with production team members and support general labor tasks as needed to meet daily output goals. Essential Skills
• At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. • Solid tenure and consistent work history. • Proficiency in mechanical assembly tasks. • Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively. • Ability to operate power tools in a production setting. • Capability to perform general labor duties in support of production operations. • Experience working in a production environment with established processes and workflows. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for assembly purposes. • Qualification at Standard Assembler Level 2 or equivalent experience. • Experience assembling stainless steel or metal products. • Familiarity with quality checks and visual inspections in a production setting. • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Reliability in attendance and punctuality to support consistent production schedules. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.34 - $20.34/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
