3rd shift / Machine Operator Role / $20-25/hr / Overtime / Benefits Text Eva once applied!! **(513)229-2016 Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will ensure smooth machine operations by understanding work orders and special instructions, making necessary adjustments, and maintaining product quality standards. You will work in adherence to plant safety standards in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
• Read and understand work orders, including special instructions. • Print labels and adhere them to finished goods and pallets. • Enter Safety, Maintenance, and Planning requests as needed. • Complete necessary changeovers within the allotted time. • Conduct proper shift turnover processes. • Demonstrate proficiency and proper techniques for machine operations, meeting quality standards. • Meet production and throughput standards. • Execute machine operating procedures such as adjusting tension control, unwind, roll change, and perform maintenance. • Set up, operate, and maintain machines such as label applicators and case sealing machines. • Move punch, release liner, bubble piercer, and cooling bars safely. • Perform machine-specific Preventative Maintenance. • Work 12-hour shifts Why Work Here?We offer comprehensive health insurance coverage, covering 90% for individuals and 75% for dependents. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- Pac Worldwide covers 90% of the costs of health insurance for an individual and 75% of the cost for dependents - Company will match 3% for 401k - Tons of room for growth they do most of their promoting form within - Operators can make up to $25-26/hr Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Middletown,OH.
