• Conducting quality control and performance testing on specialty coatings and related materials • Performing wet chemistry analyses, titrations, and physical property testing • Executing ASTM and other industry-standard test methods • Supporting formulation development and optimization projects • Conducting corrosion, weathering, humidity, and salt spray testing • Investigating customer complaints through testing and root cause analysis • Assisting with product scale-up and manufacturing support activities • Maintaining accurate laboratory records and technical documentation • Interpreting test results and communicating findings to technical teams • Collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and technical service groups Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry • Laboratory testing experience through industry experience, internships, co-ops, or academic research • Knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques • Experience with wet chemistry and titration methods • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced technical environment Preferred
