Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 6?17. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team.
What You?ll Do
* Provide supervision in a residential group home * Support evening and morning routines * Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans * Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches * Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies * Complete daily documentation and incident reports * Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team
What We?re Looking For
* Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field * Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred * Strong communication and boundary-setting skills * Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays * Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) * Clear Broad Record Police Check * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
Training & Support
* In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided * Paid onboarding and orientation * Ongoing supervision and support

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
